1. Do the side quest “Howl Of The Kubrow”.
2. Do the quest “The Archwing”.
3. If you did not select Excalibur for your starter frame. Farm the mission “WAR” for all of the Excalibur parts blueprints and buy the Excalibur main blueprint from the market with credits.
4. Visit Maroo’s Bazarr and speak with Maroo.
5. Open the Phobos Junction.

Go to Deimos.
