Why Join A Clan?

One of the requirements to progress in Warframe is to join a clan. You will need a clan to get the gear from the dojo labs that moves you down the path to reach end game content.

Blades Of Korbin, is a pool of like minded Tenno that will help you with what you need.

You join a clan for team play, Blades Of Korbin is a clan of team players, not solo players. Solo play is a tool that we use from time to time for select mission efficiencies and progress only if it is superior to using a squad.

Important fact: Warframe rewards squads with better drop chances, higher affinity gain, and faster game progression than solo play in almost all cases.

Joining Blades Of Korbin

To Join Blades Of Korbin, you must meet all the requirements for the clan.

Requirements

  • RequirementTime Schedule You will be expected to show up as a committed player in the clan by giving your time. You will need to give commitment of your time that fits with your life style, your time zone, and your daily hours. So that your squad can plan on you.
  • RequirementShow Cooperation You will need to cooperate well with your squad and consider everyone in the squad, they have the the same needs as you in this game.
  • RequirementHave Patience Be patient with yourself, fellow Tenno, and the game, this game is a long grind (years) with an extra helping of grind (years) on the side.
  • RequirementBe Polite As a Tenno you must be polite to everyone. Profanity is allowed and accepted in the clan as a natural part of common speech, but you must always be polite to everyone even while cussing like a sailor.

Discord

  • We have a Discord server. It is not required to join the clan. It is required for messages in the clan and voice chat in some missions or when getting help from another clan mate. We use it to send messages between clan members online/offline as well as for “IN MISSION VOICE CHAT”. You will need to have a good clear Discord Voice Chat https://discord.gg/NcTdsqEKu6 to be heard and avoid any technical or personal interuptions. Discord is very useful in “END GAME” content because Warframe game play speed is just physically too fast for helpful realtime cross squad “texting” in mission, you will need your fingers to play the game, not texting, you will use your voice to communicate. We use Discord for our text and voice chat system.

Ways to get a clan invite to the Blades Of Korbin:

  • You can be directly be invited by a Bladestorm or a Warlord.
  • You can respond to a recruiting chat advertisement.
  • You can get RNG lucky in the clan search feature, the RNG might offer you Blades Of Korbin if we are currently listing.

After you have made contact with the clan with a good introduction of yourself expressing your interest to join and you can meet the requirements, you will receive an inbox message to begin joining the clan and go through initiation.

As Tenno just joining the clan at the rank of Initiate you must play with the clan to see where you would fit in.

Note: If you have alt accounts in other clans:

If your alt account clan duties and responsibilities interfere with the Blades Of Korbin, you will be kicked from the Blades Of Korbin, we will not invest in you to have our time spent on some other clan.

Ranks in Blades Of Korbin

  • RankInitiate - A Tenno is given the green light to join the clan, this is their chance to prove themselves to the clan. This rank is used to evaluate a Tenno to see where they are a good fit.
  • RankBlade - This Tenno has found a place in the clan and proven themselves to be worthy of being in the clan. A Blade can play with an Initiate and promote that Tenno to the rank of Blade taking the responsibility for that promotion.
  • RankBladestorm - A Blade can grow in skill and knowledge with the clan demonstarting proven service to the clan. This rank gives a Tenno authority and priority in squad formations and squad mission selection and execution. A Bladestorm is expected to mentor our fellow Tenno. The Blades assigned to a Bladestorm are a reflection of that Bladestorm and the Bladestorm is responsible for the behavior and actions of their squad.
  • RankWarlord - A Warlord has first responsibility, continued support responsibility, and final responsibility in all clan aspects. This rank is second only to the Founding Warlord.
  • RankFounding Warlord - The Founding Warlord has all the responsibility in all clan aspects.

Leaving Blades Of Korbin

Blades Of Korbin does not have an automatic inactivity kick rule, but it does have a clan size inactivity kick rule.

There are a limited number of slots that a clan size tier can have. This kick rule is based on the clan’s growth.

Clan Size Inactivity Kick Rule

  1. If a clan slot is needed for a new recruit, the longest absentee over 30 days will be kicked, unless a reasonable hold reason for that Tenno to remain in the clan has been given prior to the extended absence.

  2. If all the current Tenno are engaged and proactive, then Blades Of Korbin will expand the clan size tier for the new recruits. This process of trimming and expanding will continue until the 1000 max member limit of a moon clan tier is reached, beyond that point making room for a new recruit will become a Warlord decision based on current conditions. If that day comes, it may be that there are no slots open.

Tenno will come and go from Blades Of Korbin, it is expected and is a normal part of the game life, depending on the terms of the Tenno’s seperation from the Blades Of Korbin, they may or may not be allowed back into the clan at a later date. Leave on good terms Tenno.
