Sisters of Parvos Explained

This is how to most effectively farm a Sisters of Parvos.

Prep

You will need some things sorted out and ready to go, BEFORE you being your Sister. If this is your first Sister and you accidentally started it, don’t worry, we will sort you out.

Do not be worried about having an r5 Sister, they are not a mark of poor performance, they happen for many RNG reasons, they are easy to get. Lucky for us they stop growing at r5. It is just an r5 Sister and that desires to give you its weapon.

Things to have prior to starting a Sister:

  1. A Railjack that can survive Neptune Proxima.
  2. A strong frame that will be the Progenitor of the element you want and possible Ephemera you are trying to collect.
  3. Resistance mods and/or arcanes vs the element you have selected with your Progenitor.
  4. Time of about 1.5 hours for an average full Sister run.
  5. Requiem Ultimatum from Palladino at Iron Wake

Acquisition

Now that you have your gear set and you do not have a Sister started yet, here are your next steps:

  1. Take your Warframe of Progenitor element choice and do the PLUTO/HYDRA mission SOLO.
  2. Run straight to the capture target and complete it. Mark the first Golden Hand you see on your way to the capture target. You will want to comes back to this Golden Hand after the capture.
  3. When a treasurer spawns take him down for the Zenith Granum Crown.
  4. Go to the Golden Hand you marked and use a Zenith Granum Crown to enter the Granum Void mission.
  5. Get 25 kills and leave the Granum Void.
  6. Pause, DO NOT RUN TO THE EXIT, DO NOT GET CLOSE TO THE EXIT, a Candidate will spawn after you leave the Granum Void mission.
  7. Go defeat the Candidate.
  8. The weapon it has spawned will appear above it’s head when you get close to the Candidate.
  • If that is the weapon you want or need, press and hold your action button to start that Sister.
  • Else leave the Candidate alive and go to the exit and complete the mission.

After you exit the mission you will have a cut scene from your Sister and now a blue square Sister button will appear in the lower right hand side of your navigation screen. You will use that button to check on the things about your Sister.

You want to make note of these things:

  1. The name of your Sister. This will matter in the next stages and while doing missions with a squad.
  2. The weaknesses or resistances that your Sister might have. These are random and not always present. Mod for them.
  3. Anger level of your Sister, (“Indifferent → Annoyed → Fuming → Furious → Enraged”) this increases the chance that your Sister will spawn in adversary missions for you.

Begin To Solve Your Sister Requiems

Now that you have started your Sister, you will need to work on requiem mods. You will need to do the following:

  1. Learn what requiem mods are needed for your current Sister.
  2. Acquire the requiem mods needed that you do not have.
  3. Learn the slot order of the requiem mods for your current Sister.

Begin killing Sister hounds in Venus missions that have a blue cloud cover Sister mission. Each finished hound will begin to fill a progress ring to identify a requiem mod that you will need to vanquish your Sister. Once you get enough hound kills to fill the ring a requiem identity will display on mission exit.

Killing a hound has a chance to drop a Requiem Relic

Killing the hounds will increase your Sister’s anger level to get the Sister to spawn in mission for you.

After you have learned the identity of a requiem mod. You need to acquire that Requiem Mod from:

  1. Other players
  2. Farm for it from Requiem Relic missions. Doing requiem relic runs requires radiant for the success needed to get the requiem mods.

Farming the hounds: Attack hounds first then the Sister or the Sister will issue a self destruct command and blow it up. On mission spawn you will be attacked immediately by a hound. The sister’s hound can steal your weapon. When a hound comes close it will pulse, move back out of range of the pulse to avoid having your weapon stolen. The sister can knock you down. Do not stand still, some hounds can photon strike you. The hounds stay close to the Sister and can cause an easy accidental stab.

Walk your missions, speed running is bad, speed running a mission is the slowest method in warframe, do not speed run them, or you will need to do the mission again because you did not get min of 3 murmurs, that adds 5-10mins more time to your sister, or you will run out of missions on a planet to get enough murmurs to solve your requiems and get an auto rank up without a stab, and that adds about 1hr of time to your Sister.
